From the Runway to Real Life: How to Get the Rachel Zoe Look
To complement the bohemian vibes of the Spring 2016 Rachel Zoe Collection, makeup maestro Charlotte Tilbury was tapped as lead makeup artist to give the models a "rich, bohemian, modern day beauty" look.
Tilbury is known as one of the leading experts in the makeup industry thanks to years of hard work and creating campaign looks for brands such as Michael Kors, Tom Ford and Stella McCartney. Tilbury regularly works with top talent such as her super model besties Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and actress Penelope Cruz. Tilbury also has an eponymous line of cosmetics that is available at Nordstrom, Net-a-Porter and Bergdorf Goodman. Keep scrolling to get the details of the look and to shop the exact products below.
Brush up your brows using MAC's Clear Brow set and fill in your brows if required using a light hand to keep the look natural.
Dab MAC Ladyblush on the apples of the cheek. This is a cream formulation which means it is easier to blend and imparts a natural flush to your face. To achieve the sun kissed look, Tilbury dots MAC's Strip Down Pencil to create freckles, a trick she used on Kate Moss for her wedding day makeup look.
To achieve this eye look Tilbury uses six different MAC eyeshadows. First you use a light wash of Wedge and Malt eyeshadows on the lid. Next add Cork and Espresso eyeshadow on the outer corner. Then you use Coffee eyeshadow to line the upper lash line. Apply Chromagraphic pencil on the waterline and finish the look with mascara on the top and bottom lashes.
