Keeping true to her California chic aesthetic of flowing fabric and feminine florals Lauren Conrad's latest Kohl's collection is the perfect 70's-inspired addition to a College Living girl's wardrobe.
“This was a definite career high for me. The collection is how I wished I always dressed - from the fringe to lace to tulle!” Conrad gushed.
The collection is filled with pastels, tulle, florals, fringe and suede. We love the mixing of textures found in the different looks including a cream blouse with intricate embroidery with a crochet trim paired with a flirty wine-colored pleated velvet skirt. We're also gushing over the suede-inspired green jacket with the rose gold zippers paired with an updated white lace trimmed top and whimsical green floral scuba skirt.
Over 300 guests attended the LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's Limited Edition Runway Show including Chrissy Teigen, Ashley Tisdale, Olivia Culpo and Dylan Penn, and Joe Zee of Yahoo Style and Steven Kolb of the CFDA. Of course Conrad's Laguna Beach BFF Lo Bosworth was there to support her long-time friend. Bosworth used Periscope, the latest app fashionista's are embracing to share what goes on backstage with her followers.
The apparel, shoes, handbags, jewelry and sunglasses cost $12 to $300 and is available online or in stores through December. Keep scrolling to see photos from the runway show and to shop the collection below.
